Welcome to Purpose Driven Services LLC (“Purpose Driven Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

Purpose Driven Services LLC is a Michigan-registered limited liability company providing AI-powered receptionist, appointment-setting, and business automation services. We currently serve clients within the United States only.

2. Services Provided

Purpose Driven Services offers:

  • Done-for-you AI receptionist and appointment-setting systems

  • Automation configuration based on client input

  • Ongoing system management and maintenance

Our services are implementation-based, not advisory or staffing services.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Real estate advice

  • Marketing or revenue guarantees

  • Human receptionist or assistant services

3. Nature of AI Services (Important)

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI responses are automated and rule-based

  • AI behavior is configured based on information provided by the client

  • AI is not a human and may make errors or misinterpret inquiries

  • AI is a support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment

The client is responsible for reviewing system behavior and notifying us of any adjustments needed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Grant necessary access to systems, phone numbers, and platforms

  • Maintain required third-party subscriptions (e.g., phone, email, CRM tools)

Purpose Driven Services is not responsible for performance issues caused by:

  • Inaccurate client information

  • Delayed responses from the client

  • Third-party platform outages or limitations

5. Payments & Billing

Our pricing structure includes:

  • One-time setup fees (may be split into two payments)

    • First payment due at signup before work begins

    • Second payment due once the AI receptionist is fully built (approximately two weeks later)

  • Monthly recurring fees for ongoing system management

Monthly management includes:

  • Maintaining the AI receptionist

  • Up to two updates per month for new specials, messaging, or information

Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and conditional.

Refunds are only available:

  • Before the AI agent goes live, and

  • Only if the client is dissatisfied and we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue

Once the AI receptionist has gone live, no refunds will be issued.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel services at any time.

  • Services will continue for 30 days from the date of the last payment

  • After that period, services will be terminated and access removed

Purpose Driven Services reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Misuses or attempts to manipulate the system

8. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead volume

  • Conversion rates

  • Business outcomes

All services are provided “as is.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purpose Driven Services’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

We are not liable for:

  • AI misinterpretation

  • Missed communications due to carrier or platform issues

  • Third-party software failures

  • Business decisions made based on AI interactions

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, scripts, templates, and configurations developed by Purpose Driven Services remain our intellectual property.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the system for their own business purposes while services are active.

10. Communication & Conduct

We expect respectful, professional communication at all times.

Harassment, abuse, or unreasonable demands may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Business hours and response times will be communicated separately.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect:

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Payment information

All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is linked on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
